To register an account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts will be closed, and any associated funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
air169 is required to verify the identity of all Users in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies. You must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of your Indonesian KTP, proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is complete. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion.

air169 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet providers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your air169 account instantly. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process due to payment provider delays. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods (e.g., a friend's bank account, a family member's e-wallet) will be rejected, and the associated account may be suspended. air169 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
air169 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees on their end. Please check with your payment provider for details.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, provided your account is fully verified (KYC complete) and you have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your air169 account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and payment method. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. Higher limits may be available upon request for VIP accounts.
air169 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (9:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB, Monday through Sunday). First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours to process. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following business day.
You must wager your deposited funds at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawing. This anti-money laundering measure ensures air169 is not used as a money transfer service. If you have an active bonus, you must complete the bonus wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus before withdrawing. air169 reserves the right to void withdrawals and bonuses if fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.
air169 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals in the same month may incur a Rp 15,000 processing fee. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge additional fees on their end.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of air169 and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amounts, verification status, and geographic location. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is limited to one per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x depending on the promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from bonus issuance), or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10-20%. Live casino games contribute 10%. Sports betting contributes 100% for single bets and 50% for parlay/accumulator bets. While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum bet per spin, hand, or wager is Rp 25,000. Bets exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings. This rule applies to all game types including slots, table games, and sports betting.
air169 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, using fraudulent payment methods, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion with other players. All bonus terms and decisions regarding bonus disputes are final and at the sole discretion of air169 management.
All bets placed on air169 are subject to acceptance by our platform. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or palpable errors in odds. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the event is resumed and completed within 48 hours. For live in-play betting, we make every effort to provide accurate real-time odds, but technical delays may occur. If a bet is accepted after an event has concluded or a decisive moment has occurred, the bet will be void and stakes returned.
All casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the air169 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
air169 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be forfeited if the closure is due to fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms. If the closure is voluntary or for non-fraudulent reasons, your balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding debts, chargebacks, or bonus clawbacks.
If we suspect fraudulent activity or Terms violations, we may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. During this period, you will not be able to access your account or withdraw funds. We will conduct a thorough review and notify you of the outcome within 14 business days. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your air169 account in the six months preceding the claim.
air169 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours of the initial complaint.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the air169 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
By using air169, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts and agree that any legal proceedings will be conducted in Indonesia. However, we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you in your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction.
air169 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the air169 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
